Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to perform at their best. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the company’s client base.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Ensure the team utilizes CRM and other tools effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that add value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, procurement, transportation, operation, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
