Job Description: 

Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a driven Sales Account Manager with established relationships in the agriculture industry, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent data reporting and presentation insight and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Selling to our customers in the refrigerated, frozen food and dehy market sectors.
  • Monitoring in-house potato inventory and procuring additional potato supply from partner growers to fulfill customer orders. Includes filling orders for the fresh-potato retail market sold by our partner, RPE, Inc.
  • Coordinating new account set-up and onboarding customers with various operational areas ensuring accurate, clear and responsive communication.
  • Tracking orders and resolving data and process discrepancies from the initial order through to delivery to the customer, communicating accurately and responsively with suppliers, customers, transportation services and relevant team members to ensure a exceptional customer experience.
  • Building strategic sales plans and quality reporting and presentation materials in partnership with the senior sales leader.
  • Assisting with the launch of a new customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborating with business units to design and record internal business procedures aimed to ensure account and order accuracy and quality potatoes for our customers.
