About the Role:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in selling and sourcing high-quality produce while maintaining and growing relationships with customers and suppliers. Working closely with our procurement, sales, and transportation teams, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for our clients while driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand your existing book of business while cultivating new customer relationships.

Sell wholesale produce while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Work collaboratively with procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and quality.

Provide daily availability and pricing updates to customers and internal teams.

Analyze sales performance, budgets, and variances to drive business growth.

Develop and implement promotional activities, weekly reports, and pricing strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key company personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of experience in wholesale produce sales.

Established relationships within the Northern California produce industry.

A proven book of business in independent, wholesale, and foodservice sales.

Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated attitude.

Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Must be flexible to work weekends and travel as needed.

Bi-lingual is a plus!
