We are currently seeking a driven, experienced Sales Broker with a solid background in produce or commodity sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a closer, and someone who already has a network of trusted buyers and/or suppliers. This position is based out of our South Texas Valley location, with the flexibility to work remotely for the right candidate.
This is a commission-based role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of clients and suppliers
- Source and broker produce (or commodities) from both on-hand inventory and external sources
- Develop new business through wholesale, retail, and foodservice channels
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliveries
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize results
- Assist with AR management as needed
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in produce, agriculture, or commodity brokering
- Existing book of business (customers and/or suppliers) strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
- Customer-first mindset and strong team collaboration
