We are currently searching for a dynamic, self-motivated Produce Salesperson who is passionate about produce and has a reputation for being a star performer to join our company.
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining customers and will report to the Sales Director. This role requires collaboration with our domestic sales team in order to expand efforts into wholesale, foodservice, and retail accounts across the United States.

We provide you with a full admin staff so you can concentrate on expanding your business!
This position requires selling of fruits and vegetables both from our on-hand inventory as well as brokering and procuring products to meet customer’s needs. Location will be based in our South Texas Valley facility in Pharr, TX.

This is a commission position + medical/dental/vision available.

  • Business Development: New and Current Accounts
  • Proactively create contract, FOB, delivered, and program sales
  • Identify and strategically pursue opportunities based on industry trends
  • Develop strategies with the domestic team to better serve customers
  • Assist in AR management when necessary

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year of fresh produce sales experience
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Must have an existing book of customers and/or suppliers
  • Proven sales success
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
  • Bilingual not necessary, but preferred.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and able to work well with others
