Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our domestic portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in produce sales, preferably with expertise in sourcing and selling Mexican commodities. You will be responsible for rapidly building a client base, leveraging existing relationships, and driving profitability through proactive sales strategies.

Location: Remote (USA)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in produce sales, with a preference for candidates experienced in Mexico-Origin-Commodities.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strategic Seller: Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities across various categories.
  • Relationship Builder: Established network within the produce industry and a reputation for excellence.
  • Self-Starter: Independent, motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills to align with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willing to Travel: Flexibility to visit clients, growers, and trade shows as needed.
