Our growers produce Grapes, Stone Fruit, Cherries, Apples, Citrus and Kiwi with a combined total volume of 20 million boxes of fresh produce from Peru and Chile.
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? We're seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kennett Square, PA. If you have 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, along with solid communication skills and proficiency in data entry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure accurate GL coding of vendor invoices
- Verify all invoices/check requests have proper documentation
- Process bi-monthly check runs
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Assist in preparing settlement and liquidation reports
- Handle miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks
- Correspond with vendors and address inquiries
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledgeable with ACH Payment Process
