Location: Salinas, CA

Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

The Role: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work collaboratively with Sales, other departments, and customers to manage and resolve accounts receivable balances, ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Assist in collections and resolve accounts receivable balances.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to clear up balances and resolve trouble files.
  • Process credits and daily cash receipts.
  • Provide backup support for the department as needed.
  • Assist with projects assigned by the Director of Accounts Receivables, Credit & Collections.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma with a minimum of four years of accounts receivable/collection experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Itrade and various other customer-specific portals.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Initiative, a self-starter mentality, and a sense of urgency.
  • Capability to prioritize workload, track, and follow up on pending matters.
