Location: Salinas, CA
Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
The Role: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work collaboratively with Sales, other departments, and customers to manage and resolve accounts receivable balances, ensuring the financial health of our organization.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist in collections and resolve accounts receivable balances.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to clear up balances and resolve trouble files.
- Process credits and daily cash receipts.
- Provide backup support for the department as needed.
- Assist with projects assigned by the Director of Accounts Receivables, Credit & Collections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of four years of accounts receivable/collection experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic understanding of Itrade and various other customer-specific portals.
