POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the maintenance of the facility, including scheduling repairs, routine inspections and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

Possesses knowledge of the job which is essential to perform the specific related work functions including Good Manufacturing Practices, Cal Osha safety regulations, food safety processes and basic maintenance procedures. Intermediate knowledge of warehouse operation and project management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or GED
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to write email correspondence.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to work with general mathematical concepts.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be well organized and a self-starter.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.
- Must be able to make sound independent decisions and problem-solve effectively.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
ENVIRONMENT:
- Approximately 60% of the time performing job duties is spent outdoors, within a standard warehouse environment.
- Approximately 40% of the time is spent indoors, on the computer and within a standard office environment.
- While performing the outdoor duties of this job, the employee works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electric shock.
- Noise level in the outdoor work environment is usually loud.
- The temperature of the outdoor work environment can vary and ranges from 35 – 80 degrees.
- Noise level in the indoor work environment is usually moderate.
- The temperature of the indoor work environment is moderate and ranges from 65 – 80 degrees.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

TRAVEL:
