We are known for sourcing the highest-quality fruits and vegetables and are seeking a detail-oriented Associate buyer or strong buyer support to join our procurement team in Kingsburg, California.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Produce experience
- Ability to assist multiple produce buyers
- Maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to travel to visit vendors and inspect produce
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-player office environment
- Ability to interface well with staff and external contacts
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of Famous Software a plus
