Job Description:
As part of our Produce Sales Team, you will network daily with growers and shippers of fresh produce. Sales Representatives are specialized by commodity; they source and market fresh fruits directly from the grower and, in turn, sell and distribute to retail and food service customers. The role is three-dimensional; it involves buying, selling and problem solving.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven business with at least 3 business retail accounts, with a focus on grapes, stone fruit, citrus.
- Fresh Produce, particularly Fresh Fruit imports previous experience is a Must
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Team oriented
- Decision making skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Full accountability throughout the whole sales cycle.
- Growth and sales oriented
- 4-5 years of previous sales experience
- Previous industry experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage customer relationships
- Communicate and negotiate pricing
- Expand new business by focusing on customer needs and market potential
- Prepare required documentation
- Reporting to Sales Manager.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Famous Software Experience.

- Location: South NJ Based, Gibbstown area
- 7:00 AM to 4:30 pm.
Salary:
- $90K+ DOE.
- Bonus subject to KPI and achievements.
