BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key retail and/or foodservice accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with pricing, volume, and margin goals
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and trust
  • Partner with internal teams across procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment
  • Prospect and close new business, with a focus on long-term value and alignment with company goals
  • Deliver market updates and insights that inform decision-making and sharpen the company’s competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of produce sales or account management experience, ideally in root vegetables or related categories
  • A track record of building lasting customer relationships and delivering strong results
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented, consultative approach
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated to take ownership
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S. as needed

Open/Remote | Travel within Canada and the U.S. Required
