We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team in Salinas, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of refrigeration systems at the Royal Oaks, Yuma, and other facilities.
- Lead and manage the maintenance department, including the creation and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Stay informed and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and operate various machinery, including Hysense baggers, optical sorters, box erectors, welders, conveyors, ISHIDA scales, and Bosch baggers. Add evaporators, scree compressors, vacuum pumps condensing towers, air compressors, forklift maintenance, and any new equipment brought in.
- Knowledge of how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC systems, VFDs, Servo drives
- Implementing sustainable practices: Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements, and implementing sustainable technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of refrigeration experience
- Understand ammonia and Freon systems (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish); Read and Write
- EPA 608 Certified or willing to be trained
Salary: $100,000-$130,000
