As our Corporate Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of our operations! Leading the accounting team, you'll ensure our books are balanced, our reports are accurate, and our processes are sharp. Whether it's reconciling accounts, mastering cash flow, or mentoring a team, your expertise will keep us running smoothly and ready to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the numbers: Oversee everything from general ledger to payroll and cash flow.
- Lead financial reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and analyses.
- Audit-ready guru: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and success.
- ERP wizardry: Manage and optimize our financial systems for seamless operations.
- Mentor & inspire: Lead a stellar accounting team, nurturing their growth and skills.
- Collaborate: Work with business units to uncover financial insights and drive smarter decisions.
- Strategize: Partner with the CFO to craft forward-thinking financial solutions.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000
Target Total Cash Range: $180,000 - $216,000
Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target discretionary bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
Work Environment: Hybrid role with flexibility to balance onsite collaboration and remote work.

What You'll Bring:
- Tech-savvy accounting expertise: Solid GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Leadership chops: 3+ years managing a team and 7+ years in accounting roles.
- ERP experience: Know your way around platforms like SAP or Oracle.
- Communication skills: Ability to break down financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Fresh produce vibes (optional but awesome): Experience in agriculture or fresh produce is a plus!
