The Role:
We have an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Lake Worth, FL.
As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting monthly deadlines for financial closings.
- Monitoring and validating accounting entries.
- Coordinating the preparation of annual tax returns.
- Assisting with special accounting projects and budgeting.
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience with financial statements, ad-hoc reports, sales tax returns, year-end closing, and fixed assets.
- Experience with external audits.
- At least two years of experience in an accounting environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop and improve accounting processes.
- Proficiency in PC and Excel.
- Proficiency in Famous Accounting software required
