Are you passionate about creating a safe and compliant work environment? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Compliance Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA! In this role, you will lead safety initiatives across all our facilities, ensuring machinery and equipment meet all safety regulations. You will develop comprehensive safety programs, manage certifications and training, and promote a culture of safety organization-wide.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Safety Programs: Develop and implement an employee incentive safety program that drives a safety-first mindset.
  • Train and Certify: Conduct onboarding and yearly safety training for all employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to work safely.
  • Monthly Safety Meetings: Host engaging safety meetings to discuss best practices and address any concerns.
  • Accident Review: Investigate workplace incidents, conduct interviews, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay OSHA Compliant: Stay current with OSHA regulations, communicate updates, and adjust safety procedures as needed.
  • Equipment and Compliance Checks: Regularly inspect machinery, identify potential issues, and drive improvements in safety processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in developing and leading safety programs in warehouse or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and improve safety performance.
