Job Description:
Interfresh, Inc. is a national leading fruit and vegetable marketer/ distributor with 6 sales offices in the western United States. With 37 years of experience, we are a supplier wholesalers, foodservice distributors and retail buyers across the US.
We are currently in search of a Sales Support Professional in our San Bruno, CA Sales Office that will help our growing team get to the next level!
Compensation/Salary: DOE. We want the best.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide administrative support to sales staff
- Regular interaction with customers, vendors and staff within the office as well as other divisions within the company
- Ensure accurate inventories
- Sales order entry
- Responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Handle billing issues
Qualifications:
- Experience with Famous Software is a definite plus.
- Desire to work in an energetic, fast paced sales environment
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone
- A great attitude!
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-1pm
