We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to manage and grow our network of growers, packers, and customers. You’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships, delivering top-notch service, and driving our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Help clients choose the best produce for their needs.
- Develop competitive pricing proposals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor pricing, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of produce sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the fresh produce industry
- Experience with procurement and transportation supply chains
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
Compensation: Depends on Experience
