Job Description:
Sierra Produce is a fresh fruit sales and marketing company representing grower/exporters from Chile, Peru, Argentina, California, and Italy. We represent a substantial volume of South American fresh fruit products imported for ultimate sale to the U.S. and Canadian markets. Our combined imports to both the East and West Coasts of the United States are currently 5 to 6 million boxes and we have been growing steadily since our inception in 1995.
In order to service our customer base, Sierra Produce has two strategically located sales offices. Our West Coast sales office, also acting as our corporate headquarters, is based in Orange County, CA (Orange). Our East Coast sales office is located in Gloucester County, NJ (Swedesboro). Positions for a Senior Salesperson are available at either of our sales office locations.
The Senior Salesperson acts as a liaison between the company and our customers. They will establish, maintain, and develop a customer base for each assigned product. while assisting in the development and promotion of new product lines. They will also ensure that product price and Grower returns are maximized to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth. The Senior Salesperson will provide leadership in their role and manage multiple lines of commodities, working to actively grow the business and its networks.

Periodic International and Domestic travel is required.
