Fast paced, high energy role, detail oriented, and experienced leader to support Customer Service, Demand Planning, Production Planning, inbound and outbound Logistics, Sales Planning, and overall Sales Operations.  This is a key role supporting multiple cross functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, shipping and receiving and logistics.  A strong communication skillset and solution driven mindset will be needed to succeed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service

  • Manage a customer service team that processes orders, communicates with buyers, invoices orders, and solves fulfillment issues.
  • Leads team for effective collaboration among customer service, logistics and demand planning. Logistics
  • Lead Little Leaf Farms’ overall logistics strategy, specifically as the company’s delivery range expands.
  • Work as the bridge between production, sales, and logistics, to ensure on time fulfillment of sales order across all LLF facilities.
  • Support operations processes when necessary, such as shipping/receiving/order fulfillment/demand planning
  • Oversee the inter-company transfer of finished goods between facilities.

Demand / Production Planning:

  • Lead forward looking and long-term demand planning of finished goods.
  • Lead the Sales and Operation Planning for the business. Collaborate with production, growing, and sales to forecast supply and demand on a regular cadence. 
  • Supports key functional roles across Inventory Management, Forecasting, Product Fulfillment, Collaborative Forecasting, Intercompany Inventory Transferring and Production Planning. Commercial Team Support
  • Manages all aspects of our core selling operations and materials, sample fulfillment and new item set up / forecasting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Office-Proficient with Excel
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, sales operations, and customer service management
  • Can-do attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities 
  • Ability to adapt quickly; business is experiencing tremendous growth so previous operational experience in growth environment is substantially preferred.
  • Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Possesses a high level of critical thinking.
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
  • Experience with managing products that are perishable and require a cold chain
  • Has managed in house drivers and third-party trucking and negotiating pricing

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • NetSuite experience
  • Logistics

  • Knowledge of packaged salads
