Joy Produce LLC is the sales and marketing initiative in the US for Migiva Group, a family-owned group of companies holding a 2,000+ hectare farming operation focused on passionately growing the best patented variety fruits across the Americas. Joy Produce was created to establish a closer connection with our retail customers, thus giving us a 100% vertically integrated operation from farm to point of sales.

All our grapes are grown, packed and cooled in our own fields, ensuring absolute control in quality and consistency. Joy Produce handles all the logistical aspects; from our farms to distribution centers, to ensure the fruit arrives in optimal conditions. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bakersfield, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Representatives and Logistics Managers with daily tasks.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, providing timely updates on pickups, shipments, and invoices.
  • Navigate and respond to sales portals and EDI data.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with our team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in agriculture, marketing, or logistics preferred.
  • Proficiency in Famous Software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
