What you will need:
- High school diploma.
- Farming experience, including the supervision of labor.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Supervisor and/or management experience.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Position requires employee to live and work in Lee, FL or surrounding area.
- Willing and able to work weekends during certain seasons.
- Ability to travel to local farming locations as needed.
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Four-year college degree in a related major.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
