The Role:
We have an immediate opening for a Grower Accountant to join our team in Lake Worth, FL.
As a Grower Accountant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate tracking and management of our product inventory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing inventory from harvest to shipping.
- Calculating inventory for various reports and analysis.
- Reconciling inventory with sales and accounting records.
- Working with customers and growers to maintain accurate inventory information.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve any inventory-related issues.
- Assisting with training and other accounting tasks as needed.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in grower accounting, cost accounting, or shipping.
- A college degree in business, accounting, or agribusiness is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, and bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Famous Accounting software required
