We are currently seeking to fill the position of Night Warehouse Manager. This individual will oversee all night warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, staffing/scheduling, equipment maintenance and repair, personnel safety and food safety certifications.
 
This individual will be responsible for establishing standards of quality, productivity, food safety and employee safety, as well as the management of personnel, equipment, raw materials, execution of production schedule, and overseeing product inventory levels to assure the adequate movement of quality product.
 
We're searching for a qualified and motivated individual with sound leadership skills who has experience in a warehouse management role. We have a seasoned and dedicated team and we look forward to hearing from qualified candidates who would like to join us.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum two years experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Experience with transportation, logistics, distribution & management.
  • Knowledge of USDA & OSHA regulations.
  • A successful performance record demonstrating leadership.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Provide leadership and work with staff to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment.
  • Analyze inventory management operational and administrative problems.
  • Select, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. 
  • Plan, schedule, and manage distribution activities, ensuring product and supplies are received, processed, warehoused and distributed in an efficient manner.
  • Develop recommendations to improve the operations, storage, inventory control, receiving, picking and processing of product.
  • Ensure that the safety program and goals are implemented and carried out.
  • Ensure compliance to FDA, HAACP and all other pertinent codes, regulations and guidelines.
  • Direct and manage warehouse costs and handling services.
  • Upkeep of preventative maintenance program.
  • Maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment.
Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Skills: 
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to follow through on daily assignments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-building skills.
Qualifications: 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task.
  • PC proficient with emphasis on Windows Office applications.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible nighttime hours.
  • The ability to manage teams and lead employees.
