We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to join our team in Wenatchee, WA.
As Director of Marketing you will be responsible for working directly with key CMI retail and wholesale accounts throughout North America to develop promotions and programs that build sales and enhance customer loyalty. Additionally, you will be responsible for working with the CMI marketing team to provide leadership, management and development of brand initiatives, promotional activities, trade communications and public relations.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in brand development and trade communications with an innovative ability to bring new solutions to old challenges.
- A degree in business management or marketing required, an MBA is preferred.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the produce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of retail produce department operations is essential along with experience in category management and retail performance analysis.
- Strong writing ability and presentation skills.
- Must be fluent with Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized.
- Willing to travel throughout North America on a regular basis.
- Occasional overseas travel may be required.
