We are a broker/distributor located in Pasadena, CA. We service food service, shippers, retail, and wholesalers nationwide.
We’re looking for a seasoned commission only sales professional with extensive experience in the wholesale produce industry, specifically with fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries. This is a commission-only role offering a competitive 40% share of net earnings. The ideal candidate is well-connected, self-motivated, and capable of driving sales independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Existing Networks: Utilize your established relationships to drive sales, particularly on the West Coast.
- Expand Market Reach: Pursue new opportunities within both regional and national markets/retailers and food service.
- Manage Customer Accounts: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Establish Credit Lines: Work closely with suppliers to facilitate and manage credit lines.
- Self-Driven Operations: Perform all sales activities independently using your own devices, including managing orders and client communications, on company email.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years in the wholesale produce industry with a strong focus on fresh berries.
- Client Base: A well-developed book of established customers.
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Independence: Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.

Salary: 40% commission of net earnings
