Job Description: 
Join our high-growth company as a Senior Accounting Analyst, where you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment. This role demands accuracy, professional competency, and adherence to deadlines. The Senior Accounting Analyst will support all facets of our dynamic business.
 
Areas of Responsibility:
 
JDE World to E1 Upgrade Project Support:
  • Assist the upgrade team with transaction testing in the new E1 system.
  • Actively participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to validate and compare results between the new and current systems.
  • Document testing results and create standard operating procedures.
  • Develop training materials (Opus recordings and Word documents) and train employees on the new E1 system.

Sales Pricing System Proficiency:

  • Learn the current sales pricing system, including customer contracts, pricing adjustments, rebate payments, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in testing the sales/distribution module before go-live.
Data Management:
  • Manage, retrieve, and manipulate large data sets, ensuring data accuracy.
Financial Support:
  • Provide assistance to finance directors and staff during daily operations, period-end, quarter-end, budget, and year-end activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a four-year university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with system upgrades is highly favored.
  • Familiarity with JDEdwards World, E1, or AS400 is preferred.
  • Experience in agriculture, inventory, or manufacturing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, On Site
 
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
