Job Description: 

The Famous Software System Administrator position reports to the VP of Business Analysis and works closely with the Sales, Procurement and Warehouse departments.  This role leverages the individual’s functional knowledge and analytical skills to support the execution and delivery of business processes, projects and initiatives.  This includes, but is not limited to maintaining the company system, gathering information, collecting data, completing research, assisting in process development, creating reports, and guiding the business through the use of applications.

Position Reports to: 
VP of Finance & Process
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Working with VP of Business Analysis on different aspects:
  • Performing some business analysis at the operational level
  • Working with key users in the continual improvement of business processes
  • Report development
  • Support & Maintain existing Famous software system
  • Ensuring system fulfill all business needs based on present and future business
  • Ensuring existing documentation is updated accurately
  • Creating and documenting system processes
  • Providing software training and continual support to users
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Some market research
  • Some data entry
  • Provide support to Sales, Procurement and Warehouse departments when needed
Qualifications: 
  • Strong Famous Administration experience
  • Understanding the industry practices and laws
  • Good analytical and problem solving
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office, such as Word and Power Point
  • Advance level of Microsoft Office Excel (Graphs, Pivots, Lookups, Macros)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Basic Accounting experience (A/R & A/P understanding)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to execute basic financial analysis
