We are seeking a part-time Hydroponic Produce Production Specialist to join our team!
This person will be working 15-20 hours per week in a secure environmentally-controlled hydroponic growing environment. This person will be responsible for planting, rotating, and harvesting fresh produce for distribution to local buyers.
This position is part-time to start but for the right individual can grow into a full time position with benefits. We prefer those who desire to learn in a hands-on setting at first, who can later pass their experience and knowledge on to new employees in a management position.
Those individuals who show dedication and enthusiasm will find this to be an amazing, long-time satisfying career. If you have no experience with produce in any fashion, this position will not be a good fit.
- Prior agriculture, farming, and produce experience will be given first consideration.
- Hours are flexible as long as plants/produce are maintained properly, weekends are only ON CALL in the event our grow unit has a power issue, needs resetting etc.
- Must have a valid driver's license, allow a back-ground check and professional references.

Starting compensation is $12.00 an hour to $15.00 an hour, and will increase to $15.00 or $25.00 an hour after 90 days depending on that individual's prior experience and their ability to run this hydroponic program.
