Position Purpose
The purpose of the Human Resources Field Generalist (FG) is to support the labor supply and talent development needs of the District Field Operations through a Workers Come First philosophy. Strategies will support RAC’s growth plan by advancing employee retention and engagement, promoting a fulfilling work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance.
Job Summary
Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Field Generalist provides support with various professional and administrative level duties at the field level, including strategy implementation and analysis, employee relations, compliance, as well as field talent review and development.
The HR Field Generalist will support and collaborate with key business partners such as Partners, product managers, ranch managers, crew leaders, and field employees to ensure RAC operates its business through its core values of Honesty, Fairness and Respect.

- Increase labor retention by advancing a Workers Come First culture in our field operations, as measured by employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Effectively manage employee relations issues in accordance with our company values.
- Coordinate talent review process for field operations and support the development of leaders to achieve our business goals.
- Influence field compensation and incentive strategies through analysis of industry wages, incentives, and benefits, ensuring RAC is the leader in the industry.
- Ensure field operations are in compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Identify and coordinate needed training for crew leaders and overhead team to ensure they are up to date with company policies and procedures.
- Influence success of production efficiency strategies, such as Pay for Quality program and Mercado machines, by ensuring they provide value to field employees as well as operations.
- Support innovative data collection solutions by partnering with field operations and information systems in the effective delivery and implementation at the field level.
- Analyze and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures that result in continuous improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience, Employee Relations preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Must be fluent in both written/verbal Spanish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
