Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to spearhead our day-to-day operations and contribute to our trajectory of growth. This role is ideal for a candidate with a robust background in the produce or food industry who is eager to implement innovative ideas, lead a dedicated team, and push the boundaries of our business forward. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring staff, optimizing operations, and driving strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and respectful workplace.

Operational Management: Oversee purchasing, inventory, logistics, and quality control to ensure efficiency and excellence in our operations.

Strategic Sales and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers, and collaborate with the sales team to explore new markets and opportunities.

Who You Are:
