We are currently looking for a Selector who shares similar philosophies and enthusiasm for success in Philadelphia, PA.
As a Selector you will be responsible for supporting all product handling activities and taking the lead responsibility for a defined cooler area. You are also responsible for order fulfillment, product handling, loading, unloading, proper product storage, lot rotation and maintenance of the facility. Everyday work as the Selector will include regular operation of various kinds of warehouse equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- One to three years warehouse or produce business experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the operation of warehouse equipment and machines.

- Order picking and delivery to customers.
- Assists other Selectors as required.

- Monitor facilities and equipment, including performance of refrigeration systems in assigned coolers.
