As a Sales Coordinator at Full Harvest, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales and supply teams by performing a number of administrative management tasks, including the management of sales orders, documentation, claims, customer follow up, and invoicing. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Supply & Operations and be part of the Sales & Supply team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage orders, including invoice reconciliation, on the Full Harvest marketplace and in other electronic portals.
- Support sales/supply team with documentation (generation, collection, requests, etc.)
- Vet details of product requests and listings and on the Full Harvest marketplace and support follow up to achieve sales.
- Help ensure data is collected into CRM in a timely manner.
- Use BI tools to prepare customer reports in advance of in-person visits.
- Be a team player - ready and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Very detail and process oriented.
- Strong followup and follow through
- Previous sales support or other operational admin experience preferred
- Knowledge and training using Salesforce or other CRMs, strong plus
- Experience pulling reports or using Excel or other BI tools, nice to have but can be trained.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced business environments, executing in the face of ambiguity and constant change.
- Produce experience a huge plus, but not required

Compensation range for this position: $25/ hour up to 40 hours a week.
