We’re hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance to deliver world-class talent and handle a broad range of HR compliance activities.
As a valued resource to our fantastic team, you will work in lock step with multiple business units to implement recruitment strategies and ensure that our talent acquisition program is executed with consistency & in-line with industry best practices. You will have ultimate responsibility for managing, leading, and guiding the recruitment team through the entire recruiting lifecycle, removing recruiting obstacles and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree; Major in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business or equivalent/related field required.
- Strong working knowledge of HR regulatory issues, recruiting principles, EEO, Affirmative Actions Programs, wage/hour, immigration, state and federal laws and fair employment practices.
- Superior interpersonal and team skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with diverse personalities.
- Ability to prioritize, plan/re-plan, and concurrently perform multiple time sensitive tasks while also effectively collaborating in a team environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.

- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist, Recruiter or in an HR compliance role.
