Pinnacle Fresh USA is a leading fresh produce importer with a deep commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term relationships. We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead key logistics and inventory functions in support of our expanding Australian citrus and fresh fruit programs.

What You’ll Do

As the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple U.S. ports and regional storage facilities. You’ll manage end-to-end processes for inventory, packing, quality control, and order fulfillment, while driving strategic efficiencies across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Logistics

  • Maintain stock accuracy across three major ports and multiple storage sites.
  • Oversee inbound container clearance, drayage, and regional distribution.
  • Manage bagging, reconditioning, and QC coordination.
  • Plan procurement and usage of materials (film, boxes, bins).

Order Fulfillment

  • Lead successful outbound shipping and long-haul FTL coordination.
  • Input and track orders in ERP system to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Communicate proactively with logistics and shipping partners.

Planning & Strategy

  • Design cost-efficient operational plans for trucking, storage, and packing.
  • Develop offseason strategies including freight lane updates, 3PL negotiations, and material planning.
  • Ensure organic and quality certifications are maintained.

You Bring:

  • Experience in operations or logistics, ideally in fresh produce or perishables.
  • ERP and inventory control background.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
