About the Role:

As our Sales Support and Accounting Assistant, you’ll wear many hats, ensuring seamless operations across sales, accounting, and customer service. Your days will be dynamic, balancing inventory management, billing, accounts payable, and direct client interactions. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy with Excel and QuickBooks, and love engaging with clients, this role is tailor-made for you.

What You’ll Do
Sales Support:

  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring product availability for sales demands.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports in Excel.
  • Prepare and process invoices in QuickBooks while managing sales transactions.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments.

Client Interaction:

  • Serve as a product expert, sharing in-depth knowledge with clients.
  • Build strong relationships via phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Close sales, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.

 Accounts Payable:

  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and receipts.
  • Manage timely payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Accounting Savvy: Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and invoicing.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Sharp organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
