Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative! We’re seeking a sales professional with beginning to intermediate experience in FOB fresh produce sales. Sales Representatives are effective in communicating with new and existing customers, consistent in outbound sales efforts, and strategic in developing and balancing a book of business. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for industry, previous fresh berry experience, and interested in developing alongside a rapidly growing company. 

Responsible for: 

• Interacting with leads and existing customers on a daily basis via in-person, call, text, or email Identifying and pursuing qualified leads 
• Executing multichannel outbound sales efforts (call, email) 
• Communicating product information concisely and effectively (packs, varieties, regions, loading information) 
• Executing sales strategies and tasks established by management 
• Price negotiation 
• After-hour availability to address late orders or order discrepancies 
• Inputting and updating sales orders in ERP 
• Working effectively: independently, in a team atmosphere, and a cross-functional team environment 
• Occasional travel to customers, tradeshows, fields, and coolers

• Proficiency of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications (preferred not required) 
• Experience with ERP systems: iSolve, iTrade, OFX, Petal (preferred not required) 
• Previous industry (preferred not required) 
• Bilingual (preferred not required)
