Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with new clients, driving sales growth, and promoting our unique citrus products. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, make a significant impact, and advance your career within our rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators, to introduce them to our citrus products and marketing solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the citrus market.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our citrus products, marketing solutions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passion for the citrus industry and a desire to contribute to our company’s success and growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
