Our family-owned farm is seeking a long term, experienced Blueberry Farm Manager to join our team. Nestled in a picturesque valley along the Spokane River / Long Lake, our 650-acre farm offers a tranquil and inspiring environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of blueberry cultivation, from field layout to harvest.
- Coordinate with our packing facility to ensure high-quality fruits are ready for market.
- Manage equipment and recruit and lead a dedicated team of workers.
- Work with the farm owner to plan and implement future growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in blueberry cultivation and management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for organic farming and a commitment to sustainable practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Compensation:
- $5,000 - $7,000/month plus housing
