Job Description:
Reiter Affiliated Companies is looking for an Analyst to support the production organization. The Production Analyst will assist with day-to-day reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in support of production. This position will also participate in projects to enhance the effectiveness of the Global production team. The analyst will provide knowledgeable counsel, working closely with production leaders and managing various projects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and expertise in supporting large scale production teams
- Ability to lead and collaborate with internal/external teams
- Maintain interfaces with production leaders in all of the geographical areas
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies a plus
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
- Willingness travel

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversees, monitors, and coordinates production team activities as they pertain to the strategic planning process to include individual ranch performance and overall team's achievement of established goals working closely with EVP of production
- Responsible for generation of production metrics, while providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed business decisions
- Collect, review, and analyze department reports to ensure strategic goals and objectives are being met
- Review and consolidate production supply models for each berry type
- Provide department leaders with production information and analysis data as requested
- Drive the budget process to ensure timely, effective and realistic budgets are being submitted
- Work closely with production reporting and Oracle developers to understand system requirements and execute solutions to meet business needs
- Work on project teams and provide data and metrics as necessary for review and evaluation to include ROI analysis
- Other duties/projects as assigned
Education:
Masters Degree in Business preferred
Skills:
Strong knowledge of ERP systems – Preferably ORACLE
