The Produce Pro Software product is a fully integrated resource management and accounting system, designed to support and streamline the fresh produce distribution business. Produce Pro is the premier software and services provider to the produce industry, with over 185 clients currently running the Produce Pro solution.

The qualified candidate will provide project management activities between our nationwide client base in the wholesale produce industry and our internal teams. - Produce industry knowledge OR warehouse operations experience preferred
- Aptitude for troubleshooting issues with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop project plans for the overall implementation including budgeting, hardware requirements and software needs.
- Manage projects implementing WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
- Produce project plans to track the steps on projects
- Conduct regular status calls with both customer and internal personnel
- Deliver status reports to senior-level management
- Interact with customers on necessary project steps
- Coordinate project activities with software developers and software trainers
- Track and interface with software developers as required for necessary program changes and fixes
- Communicate the resolution of issues to the customer
- Ensure customer requests/issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Deliver exemplary customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction
