JOB FILLED - Junior Sales Agent

Our mission also includes the development of our producer partners, supporting their well-being and the best practices of organic agriculture. We work closely with them to plan, grow, harvest and ship produce to deliver unmatched quality and freshness.

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our sales channels in the USA. The primary objective of this role is to generate leads, establish client relationships, and assist our company in achieving sales goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales background, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calls/Follow-up Calls: Engage in cold calling activities to reach out to potential clients and vendors and follow up on previous communications. Utilize persuasive techniques to generate interest and establish relationships with potential customers and vendors
  • Lead Conversion: Contact leads generated from recent marketing campaigns and leverage sales strategies to convert them into active customers. Use effective communication skills to convey product benefits and address customer queries
  • Develops and implements strategic sales to meet monthly sales goals
  • Following up with customers and vendors and providing solutions, should a service concern arise
  • Assisting customers in the credit application process
  • Connecting with customers to ensure that past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vegetable buyers in the United States Regions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience and Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or direct communication with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work after hours in case of vendors or customers need assistant
Compensation/Salary: 
$40,000 base yearly plus commissions
