We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a USA Domestic Sales Representative.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to lead our domestic sales efforts within the USA. This role will focus on both domestic and imported produce sales, working closely with our procurement teams in Peru, Chile, and the USA. This is a high-growth opportunity with significant potential, as we aim to establish strategic partnerships with key players in the USA retail, foodservice, and wholesale markets across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow IPG’s presence in the USA market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key USA market retailers, foodservice providers, and wholesale markets.
  • Collaborate closely with our procurement teams in Peru, Chile, and the USA to ensure a seamless supply chain and product availability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback to the procurement teams to guide sourcing decisions and product offerings.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fresh produce or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the USA retail, foodservice, and wholesale markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with international trade and supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
