The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of scheduling, routing, and tracking inbound and outbound transportation. This role will coordinate and track transport for raw and finished goods, source and secure carriers, prepare regular reports, forecast and maintain transportation budget. This position is vital to cost containment and reporting and will work closely with Field and Customer Service.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Secure carriers for outbound shipments of finished goods, ensuring freight meets customer contract terms and agreed‐upon delivery dates.
- Work with Supply Chain Manager and warehouse staff to schedule inbound shipments for packaging and ingredients.
- Coordinate inter‐site transfers with carriers to meet Sales and Inventory management needs.
- Maintain accurate schedule and record of shipments and contracted freight rates for reporting, Customer Service, and Accounting purposes.
- Negotiate carrier contracts and manage relationships to develop competitive shipping lanes to customers and warehouses.
- Ensure Titan‐arranged carriers are adhering to Titan and customer specifications for quality control.
- Develop meaningful transportation reporting, including industry impacts on costs and key metrics.
- Communicate transportation changes to stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Create and maintain SOPs for all Traffic processes.
Qualifications:
- 1‐3 years’ experience in transportation or logistics.
- Experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desired.
Skills:
- Excellent problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience and confidence working with computers and data management systems.
