Responsibilities:
- Assist with computerized grower accounting and general accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Analyze data and identify potential issues.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or similar field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with grower accounting experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required).
