We were founded in 1978 under the name Fully Inc.

We originally produced bean and soy sprouts along with tofu, soy milk and rice noodles.

Our name changed to Fullei Fresh in 1997 and our focus became a variety of sprouts and shoots.

We currently grow 18 varieties of sprouts and shoots and will be expanding our product line.

In 2017, we sold over 2 million pounds of bean sprouts and over 200,000 pounds of alfalfa. All products combined, we sold almost half a million cases of sprouts and shoots.

In 2016, we added 12,750 square feet of production space.

No pesticides, additives or preservatives are used.

We are top in the industry for food safety and worked with the F.D.A’s Sprout Safety Alliance to develop the new sprout industry regulations.

Every lot is tested for e.coli and salmonella prior to shipping. We have a hold and release program.

We routinely test for listeria.
