CarbAmericas was established in 1993 with the intention to bridge the gap between growing regions in the United States by sourcing fruits and vegetables from Central and South America when the Northern Hemisphere was lacking production. By doing so, CarbAmericas is able to provide fresh products to its customers on a year-round basis.
CarbAmericas grows and sources asparagus in Peru, Central and Western Mexico and the United States. The company has dedicated growers for mangos in Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Mexico and its broccoli partners are located in Mexico and throughout the East Coast of the United States. Over the last several years, CarbAmericas has responded to its customers’ needs by developing consistent supplies of snow peas and sugar snap peas.
