San Francisco-based food technology GrubMarket acquired fresh fruit provider Leo’s Apples, which has a customer base in the metropolitan and suburban areas of the Mid-Atlantic and New England states, in the US.
Based in New York City, Leo’s Apples was founded in 1991 by Leo Rotstein and directly partners with growers in Mid-Atlantic and New England as well as the West Coast to provide high-quality fruits. The company will remain based in the state and will continue to be managed by its current leadership team.
