The Role:
As our Farm Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our vegetable row crop production on a couple thousand acres in the Pajaro Valley.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating tractor drivers and their daily tasks.
- Directing planting schedules, thinning, and fertilization applications.
- Scheduling irrigation and working with pest control companies.
- Tracking applications for recordkeeping and billing purposes.
- Coordinating with customers and harvesters for crop readiness.
- Overseeing groundwork and preparation.

- Proven experience in farm management, particularly with vegetable row crops.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A deep understanding of farming practices and industry standards.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
