Job Description:
A growing Oxnard Wholesale Nursery that ships to major retailers and supermarket chains is looking for a motivated and qualified Account Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Account Manager will be assigned active accounts to maintain and build upon, and is also expected to cultivate new accounts. Commissions are earned on all assigned accounts. Quarterly incentives are established by account and paid if company and customer goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven success managing customer relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- Experience with office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Photoshop
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Some horticultural experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, confident, organized and meets deadlines
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the passion and determination to work hard to meet or exceed goals
This is an office job with occasional travel. You will work behind a desk, offer products via email, describe and sell products on the phone and provide customer service. This is a full time position and hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
